Applies to deliveries within Germany and the EU. All prices include VAT, plus shipping as listed below. The shipping method that applies to your order is shown in the cart and at checkout.

Delivery time 1–3 working days (Germany) or 2–5 working days (EU) after receipt of payment. Tracking number sent by e-mail on dispatch.

Freight shipping

Kiosk systems, bulky goods, pallets, shipments over 20 kg

Shipping cost: On request. We prepare a quote before dispatch and agree the cost with you.
Delivery: Kerbside delivery. The carrier arranges the delivery date by phone; please provide a phone number with your order.
Delivery time: 3–7 working days after receipt of payment

PayPal

Process: Redirect to PayPal at checkout, payment with your PayPal account
Dispatch: Immediately after receipt of payment
Fees: None

Prepayment

Bank transfer

Process: Bank details sent by e-mail after ordering. Payment reference: order number.
Dispatch: After receipt of payment; incoming payments are checked on working days
Payment term: 7 days from order date; the order is cancelled thereafter

Purchase on account

Business customers and public authorities

Requirement: Customer account with company details; activated after our review
Invoice: Enclosed with the delivery or sent by e-mail
Payment term: 14 days net from invoice date
